Alot has happened since I’ve last signed on to my tumblr
like me getting kicked out of my band. Which honestly I don’t mind, it stopped being fun and started becoming a job. (and the the music was pretty bad, too angry and depressing without any real purpose)
We had stopped making music for itself.
Also this gives an opportunity to make something that I’d actually enjoy.Me my girlfriend and another strange fellow who we’ve met through our art academy have decide to form a band. My girlfriend wants to sound like
- She and Him
- The Pretenders
- Orang Juice
- Fleetwood Mac
And I want to sound like
- Mission of Burma
- Simon and Garfunkel
- The Animals
- Television
Not sure what alex(art academy kid) wants to sound like, but I think he’ll go along with anything. Combining these sounds is surely gonna make for something interesting and I’m anxious to get things started.
